MHC sensors are quite unlike conventional sensors for monitoring vibration. The key to their predictive maintenance success is the unique crystal arrangement which enhances sensor to sensor reproducibility and forms the foundation on which successful signal interpretation is based.

The MHC sensor range extends from a simple transducer with integral preamplifier design through to industry leading intelligent microprocessor sensors with:

fully processed outputs and
built-in trend history

To facilitate easier sensor coupling a variety of sensor mounting methods are available (e.g. magnetic front face, adhesive bonding, bolt-on and screw in):

1000 Series are sensors are used with the handheld MHC Memo range of instruments.
2000 Series are permanently installed sensors with 10 VDC drives for continuous monitoring.
3000 Series are identical to the 2000 series but with 24 VDC drives for longer transmission runs.
4000 Series are new smart sensors with permanent installation for monitoring slow and intermittent shaft operation.
5000 Series are sensors for research and diagnostic applications and include bluetooth wireless versions.
